PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

A dependable resource for your clients and customers

Blue Home & Property works with professionals whose clients need practical help caring for, repairing, or improving their homes and properties. We bring experienced judgment, clear communication, and dependable follow-through while respecting your relationship with the client.

WAYS TO WORK WITH BHP

REFERRAL PARTNER — PREFERRED

You introduce the homeowner to BHP. We communicate, scope, perform or coordinate appropriate work, and bill the homeowner directly for the originally referred scope.

BUSINESS SERVICE PARTNER

You retain the client relationship. BHP performs a clearly agreed scope and invoices your business. To avoid conflicts of interest, BHP does not provide project management services to Business Service Partner clients.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR / SUBCONTRACTOR

A properly licensed general contractor may engage BHP for a defined portion of its project. The general contractor retains project leadership, permitting responsibilities, the customer relationship, and overall control.

WHO WE WORK WITH
General Contractors — Defined subcontract scopes, punch-list and closeout work, and invited project support under the contractor’s leadership.
Trades & Home-Service Companies — Refer clients whose needs fall outside your usual service, or ask about agreed business-service support.
Real Estate Professionals — Pre-listing repairs, buyer and seller punch lists, inspection-response items, and post-closing help.
Home Inspectors — A practical next step for clients addressing findings; BHP does not perform or replace an inspection.
Property Managers & Rental Professionals — Turnovers, repairs, property punch lists, and evaluation. BHP is not an emergency or on-call service.
Other Client-Serving Professionals — A dependable introduction when a homeowner needs experienced, practical help.

CLEAR RELATIONSHIPS. PROFESSIONAL FOLLOW-THROUGH.
We agree on scope and communication before work begins. Each business remains responsible for its own licensing, insurance, permits, and warranties. Ready to talk? Contact BHP at (865) 346-2583 or bhp@homeandproperty.net.
